Valisa.io is a travel-focused website developed and maintained by “Ectoflow OÜ” (hereinafter “Valisa”, “We” or the “Services”). Valisa doesn’t own, manage, or control any of the third-party services that you can access through valisa.io. We provide deeplinks that navigate the end-user to the external website of the third-party providers. Flights, travel deals, and packages are offered and owned by travel providers either directly or in any other way.
By using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with our Terms, stop using our Services.
Changes
We may update the Terms at any time. When we update our Terms, we will change the “Last Updated” date associated with the updated Terms. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our updated Terms and supersedes any prior Terms. Our Terms cover the entire agreement between you and Valisa regarding our Services.
Our services
Valisa makes possible searching and comparing travel deals by price, duration, and other criteria. By selecting a deal, you can choose to be sent to the third-party service (website or app). There you can complete your booking. Valisa is not responsible for the terms of use, privacy, and cookie policy of any third-party services. Your interaction with any travel product accessed through our Services is at your own risk. Valisa doesn’t have any responsibilities if anything goes wrong with your booking.
Valisa is not a travel agent and doesn’t take responsibility for providing, controlling, and setting prices of any of the fares that could be found on our website. We are an intermediary to help you find and compare travel options and connect you with the service providers.
Restrictions
You are NOT permitted to do the following:
- use Valisa name, logo, design, copyrighted content without our consent
- use the Services commercially without our consent
- abuse the Services, e.g., DDoS, phishing, automated scraping, etc
- exploit (duplicate, resell, reproduce) for commercial purpose any part of Valisa or your access to or use of the Services
- any activity that may cause damage to Valisa
